It All Started with a Passion for Sport.

My first passion began with the sport of judo (it’s where the ears come from :). I was fortunate enough to be part of the Canadian team for 8 years. During that time, I traveled the world and experienced amazing places and met extraordinary people. I credit so much of the good in my life to the sport of Judo. Without it, I am not sure who I would be today. I have learned to live by the moto;

TRY-LEARN-GROW-SUCCEED

Through the kindness and support of a great friend, Angus Borland, I started my journey as a photographer. Over time I developed a deep passion for working with people both as a sports coach and photographer. Since then, I have worked photographing thousands of people. I have had the honour of photographing 5 of the last 7 World Judo Championships, and hope to someday capture our sport at the Olympic Games.
